Energy Restoration Ritual

Whether you are finding the current energy a little draining, want to shift your vibe or have an energy upgrade use this spell to lift your spirit and create an energy shift.

You will need:

Your favourite candle

( I would use Infinite Gratitude or Focus and Clarity )

A citrine or rose quartz crystal or any crystal that makes you feel happy when you look at it.

( or even a crystal that you share a happy memory with, so maybe it was a gift or you bought it at a time when you were feeling happy and empowered )

This ritual can be performed at any time of the day, but I would recommend that you do it firstling in the morning.

So, set your alarm clock to wake you up  a little earlier that usual and create a little altar before you go to bed.

You might even want to create a morning playlist of feel good songs ready to listen to as soon as you wake up.

Wake up, make yourself your tea, matcha or coffee and light your candle.

As you sit and stare at the flame, feel yourself grounded, by imaging  roots travelling all the way down through your body all the way  to the core of the earth.

Hold on to your crystal and focus on the flame of the candle, allow yourself to be hypnotised by the flame for a while.

As you continue to watch the flame, keep gazing at it until you feel fully relaxed ( or as relaxed as you can be!)

This can take anywhere from a few seconds to a few minutes, take as much time as you need.

When you are ready say:

“Negative feelings within me that are sleeping,

Time to move on now, you are not for keeping

Golden light I call on thee, to cleanse and return my energy to me”

Visualise any negative energy  or thoughts leaving you

As you continue to connect to the flame, feel its glow travel and surround your entire body, continue to feel this energy surround your body, protecting you, keeping you safe and harmonising any unwanted negative energy.

Blow out the candle when you are ready and repeat whenever you need.
